The MA II works under a licensed practitioner to perform duties directed to patient care and is fully competent in the clinical needs for the assigned clinic location. Required qualifications include WA Medical Assistant Certification at hire and BLS within 30 days

Qualifications

• Must be WA Medical Assistant Certification at hire.
• Minimum 6 months healthcare experience.
• Minimum 6 months Medical Assistant experience.
• Clinical duties include vital signs, injections, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing patient care under licensed practitioner delegation.
• Perform MA I/II level clinical tasks as directed by clinic policies.
• Record vitals, administer medications as ordered, and support patient flow.
