Job summary

Swedish Health Services DBA Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, WA seeks Medical Assistants for on-call, part-time and full-time roles across day, evening, night, or variable shifts. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or,
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or,
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or,
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months - Healthcare experience.
• 6 months - Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed practitioners in patient care.
• Perform MA I duties with established policies and procedures.
• Work under delegation of a licensed practitioner and ensure compliance with clinical regulations.
