In this role you will escort patients, administer vaccines to children from newborn through 21 years, take vitals, and perform in-house testing. Teamwork with physicians is essential in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields is required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to assist multiple physicians in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Administer vaccines to children from newborn to 21 years old.
• Obtain vitals needed per patient per visit.
• Perform in-house testing (UA, GC, Flu, Covid, RSV, Mono, Strep).
• Occasionally perform blood draws.
