Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and obtain vitals and history.
• Prepare for visits by pulling charts and setting up equipment.
• Administer vaccines and perform hearing/vision screenings.
• Collect specimens and document in EMR accurately.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments as needed.
• Assist physicians with basic medical care and procedures.
• Manage lab results and routine office duties.
