Cincinnati Children’s is hiring a Medical Assistant at Eastgate Clinics to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision. You will assist care providers with procedures, prepare patients, and ensure family-centered, culturally competent care.

The position emphasizes collaboration with care teams, accurate documentation, and flexible daily needs in a 32-hour work week (0.8 FTE) in a day shift. Starting pay range is $19.75–$22.89 per hour.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assisting program or completion of a military medical training program.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Care: provide technical and clinical services and assist with procedures and exams.
• Customer Service: act as a patient advocate and respond to parent requests and concerns.
• Collaboration: work with team and share knowledge to support patient care.
• Data Management: maintain patient files and accurate records per department policy.
• Laboratory Work: manage specimens and retrieve test results as needed.
