Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of Medical Assisting program or completion of US armed forces medical services training or 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide technical and clinical services and assist with exams and procedures.
• Customer service: act as a patient advocate and respond to parent requests and concerns.
• Collaboration: work with nurses, physicians, and team to resolve problems and achieve goals.
• Data management: maintain patient records per department policy and ensure accurate data entry.
• Laboratory work: manage specimens per protocols and report results as delegated.
