Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history including chief complaint and relevant information.
• Take vital signs and perform vision/hearing screens.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as tympanometry, EKGs and spirometry.
• Administer vaccinations and log vaccines accurately.
• Send prescriptions via E-Rx as directed by physician.
• Provide telephone triage support with help from staff.
• Maintain exam rooms with supplies and clean after each exam.
• Support patient flow and address questions/concerns.
• Review vaccine refrigerators/freezers weekly for proper storage.
