Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current certification in CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA within six months.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.
• Zero to two years’ experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient patient flow, prepares exam rooms, records vitals and updates patient data.
• Assists with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and setup of procedure trays.
• Prepares exams rooms, stocks supplies, disinfects equipment, and maintains inventory.
• Interacts with patients professionally to promote satisfaction and confidentiality.
• Performs delegated procedures and follows established protocols.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
