You will room patients, obtain vitals, assist with vaccines, manage intake and EMR documentation, and help with scheduling, referrals, and recalls. A CMA credential, BLS, and 1+ year of experience are required, and a team-first, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical assistant or patient-facing healthcare role.
• Experience navigating EMR systems and patient scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in patients with warmth, obtaining demographic and insurance information.
• Room patients, measure vitals, perform basic assessments, and assist providers.
• Administer vaccines and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Support front-office tasks including scheduling, referrals, and patient recalls.
