Zarminali Pediatrics in Denver, CO is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support and front-end patient coordination as the clinic launches and grows. You will rotate between traditional MA duties and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in through discharge.

Ideal candidates will have a CMA (preferred), BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a medical assistant or patient-facing role, with strong communication and teamwork skills to

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CMA is preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical assistant or patient-facing healthcare role.
• Comfort navigating EMR and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-training willingness.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for appointments with warmth and professionalism.
• Complete patient intake, obtain vital signs, and conduct defined scope assessments.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, hemoglobin, etc.).
• Administer vaccines safely and accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Assist physicians and advanced care practitioners with patient care.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain infection control standards.
