Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Medical Assistant and/or Medical Receptionist experience required.
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Pediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service.
• Obtain vitals, update medical histories, and assist with patient intake.
• Prepare patients for visits and support providers during appointments as needed.
• Perform basic clinical duties including specimen collection, and point‑of‑care testing as applicable.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration.
• Answer phones, process messages, and support office communication.
