FoundCare Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinical teams in a fast-paced outpatient setting in West Palm Beach, FL. You will room patients, document vitals and history, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures and vaccines as directed by providers.

The role requires completion of an accredited MA program, BLS certification, and strong patient communication skills in English. Applicants should be able to travel to other FoundCare locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical and administrative medical assisting skills.
• Experience with patient rooming, specimen collection, and EMR documentation.
• BLS certification and completion of MA program are required.

Responsabilités

• Room patients, record vital signs and history, and prepare for examination.
• Assist provider during procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Administer medications and vaccines within scope of practice.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens per policy and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and accurate documentation.
