Job summary

Pediatric Associates in Royal Palm Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our clinician-led pediatric care team. Under supervision, you will support the clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, documenting medical history, assisting with exams and vaccines, performing phlebotomy, and coordinating follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA Diploma / Certification required OR minimum 1 year MA experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality patient experience; welcome patients and ensure a safe environment and clean exam rooms.
• Document intake vitals (height, weight, temp, BP, pulse, resp) and notify clinician of abnormal findings.
• Record patient medical history, medications, allergies, vaccines, and histories with accuracy.
