Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document patient information electronically.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing and collect specimens as directed.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorization processes.
• Provide administrative support including interpreters, phone coverage, and message handling.
