Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is seeking a Medical Assistant I to join its pediatric care team in Boca Raton. You will support clinicians in examinations, immunizations, specimen collection, and EMR documentation while delivering friendly, patient-centered care.

Requires a High School diploma and MA certification (or 3 years MA). BLS is required, and occasional office-to-office travel may occur; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Schedule is in-office with potential remote rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA Diploma/Certification required or a minimum of 3 years MA experience.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and room patients; prepare exam rooms with cleanliness and supplies.
• Document vital signs and patient history in EMR accurately.
• Assist clinicians during routine procedures and administer vaccines as directed.
• Perform basic screenings and collect routine specimens.
• Maintain patient records and support scheduling, referrals, and forms.
