Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) for a Pediatric setting in Warden, WA. You will support providers with back-office tasks, immunizations, vitals, and pre/post-visit coordination in a busy clinic.

Required is WA MA-C license, 1 year pediatrics experience, and CPR certification; Epic EMR is preferred. The role offers full-time hours (7:45am–5:15pm) with relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active license in Washington as Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C).
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, pediatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems; Epic preferred.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and clinic team with back-office and patient-related tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Perform patient care procedures within scope of WA certification.
• Administer injections, EKGs, ear lavage, blood draws, vital signs, patient rooming and post-visit duties, and communicate schedule changes to providers
