Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Olympia, WA seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join the pediatric outpatient team. The MA-C supports physicians and APPs, cares for patients and families, and ensures smooth clinic flow.

Qualified candidates have WA MA-C certification, 1 year of healthcare experience preferred, and current BLS. The role is full-time with day shifts; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• WA State MA-C certification required or eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient flow with front office staff.
• Interview patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist exams and treatments; venipuncture as needed.
• Administer medications per WA DoH regulations.
• Relay instructions to patients and families; send/receive records.
• Facilitate referrals and prepare patient forms.
