Formación

• Must hold an active North Carolina nursing license.
• Provide copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray.
• Provide copy of current CPR certification as per agency policy.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documents changes and nursing care plans in clinical notes and supplements.
• Communicates significant changes in patient status to the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
• Requests modification of orders based on patient status and nursing judgment.
• Participates in Agency mandated activities and trainings as requested by the Director.
• Adheres to MGA policies, procedures and Handbook.
• Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
