Job summary

MGA Homecare North Carolina is seeking licensed nurses to provide skilled home health care in the Greensboro area. Night shifts include 11pm–7am on Saturdays for pediatric cases and 9am–7pm on Fridays and Saturdays for adult cases; Trach and ventilator training is available.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, document accordingly, and coordinate with the Clinical Services team. Must hold an active NC nursing license, have reliable transportation, and provide TB/Chest x-ray and

Qualifications

Active NC Nursing license.
TB results or Chest x-ray.
CPR certification as per policy.
Reliable transportation.
Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
Document care in clinical notes and nursing care plan.
Communicate significant changes to management.
Modify orders based on patient status and nursing judgment.
Participate in mandated agency activities as requested.
Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and handbook.
Report on time to complete work within schedule.
