Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking an LPN or CMA to support pediatric care in the Park Rapids Clinic. The role offers weekday hours 8 am to 5 pm with two Saturdays every six months. Apprenticeship options exist with paid training and a one‑year commitment upon completion.

Eligible candidates must have licensure and may start with paid training, progressing to full responsibilities under supervision in a busy ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Education as required for licensure.
• Experience in pediatric ambulatory care preferred.
• Ability to work 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with two Saturday shifts every six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN, Physician and other providers in direct patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Care for patients from newborn to elderly per age-related guidelines.
• Support clinical procedures and patient flow under supervision.
