Essentia Health is seeking an LPN or CMA to support pediatric care in the Park Rapids Clinic. The role offers weekday hours 8 am to 5 pm with two Saturdays every six months. Apprenticeship options exist with paid training and a one‑year commitment upon completion.

Eligible candidates must have licensure and may start with paid training, progressing to full responsibilities under supervision in a busy ambulatory setting.

This LPN or CMA works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekday off. No holiday or on-call rotations are required, but two Saturday shifts will be required every six months. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.Medical Assistant Apprentice ($19.00 Flat Rate):Under the guidance of a Certified Medial Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse preceptor works at an entry-level, assisting RN, Physician and other providers with direct patient care in the ambulatory setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. As an apprentice, the Clinical Assistant in Training will perform identified procedures individually once competencies have been demonstrated. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
