Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking an LPN for the Pediatric Specialties Clinic. This full-time position (FTE 0.90) features day shifts with varied hours from 7:15a to 5:30p and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Location: Hershey, PA.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, charting in the EMR, and family teaching under supervision. Requires active LPN license and BLS certification. Tuition benefits and comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice in the state of employment or multi-state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients under RN or provider supervision.
• Observe, document, and report patient status and care in the electronic medical record.
• Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans and coordinate with the healthcare team.
