You will perform nursing tasks, screen patients, administer vaccines to infants through adolescents, and enter data in GRITS/EMR while maintaining HIPAA standards and teamwork in a multi-location practice. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams and supporting uninterrupted patient care across locations.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and clinical recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of medical procedures, medications and terminology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and react calmly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Obtains vital signs and tests glucose, urinalysis, pregnancy, and hemoglobin; records in EMR.
• Prepares patients for examinations and vaccines for infants and children.
• Assists physician with health checks and medical procedures.
• Enters data within GRITS and EMR; maintains accurate records.
• Provides patient teaching about medications and procedures.
• Coordinates referrals and communicates with hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
• Performs phlebotomy and overall clinical support as needed.
