Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 3-year-old male child in Greensburg, PA. This full-time evening shift offers one-on-one home health care and weekends availability.

You will assist with ADLs, petient care, g-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, and medication administration while collaborating with the family and care team to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pediatric care passion and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
