Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 4-year-old male child in a home setting near Greensburg, PA. This full-time evening shift role offers focused, individualized pediatric care and meaningful connections in a supportive team environment.

You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, monitor seizures, and collaborate closely with the family and care team to ensure high-quality care. CPR certification and PA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
