Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in Wrightstown, NJ. The role focuses on complex pediatric care with attention to feeding tubes, seizure monitoring, respiratory support, and daily living assistance.

Schedule features weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM–11 PM) with a competitive hourly pay based on licensure and experience, and ongoing clinical leadership and support from Affirmed Home Care.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey LPN or RN License.
Current BLS.
Pediatric nursing experience required.
Feeding tube/GJ-tube experience preferred.
Experience with medically complex pediatric clients preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care.
Support feeding tube care, seizure monitoring, and respiratory assistance.
Assist with activities of daily living for pediatric clients.
