Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing in a home setting in Trenton, NJ. The role offers a consistent schedule and a supportive clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality pediatric care.

Required are an active New Jersey LPN license, current BLS, pediatric nursing experience, and G-tube/feeding tube experience. You should be reliable, have transportation, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Pediatric nursing experience is required.
• G-tube/feeding tube experience is required.
• Comfortable providing total-care support for pediatric clients.
• Experience with seizure monitoring is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing in the client’s home.
• Support G-tube care, NPO management, mobility and daily care needs.
• Build a trusting relationship with the pediatric client and family.

Pediatric LPN – Trenton, NJ | $40/hr

Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in a supportive home environment.

Location: Trenton, NJ
Pay: $40/hr
Schedule: 8 AM–8 PM, 7 days a week

This is an opportunity to provide consistent, one-on-one care to a pediatric client who needs support with G-tube care, NPO management, seizure monitoring, mobility, and daily care needs. Pediatric and G-tube experience are required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Current BLS
• Pediatric nursing experience
• G-tube/feeding tube experience
• Comfortable providing total-care support
• Experience with seizure monitoring
• Reliable transportation
• Current physical and required health documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States

School nursing support and transportation to appointments may also be part of the role.
