Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in Brooklyn, NY to join our pediatric therapy team. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work across homes, clinics, and community settings with a supportive clinical team.

You will provide direct LMSW services, collaborate with families, and help children reach individual goals in a compassionate, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have LMSW in New York state.
• 1-2 years of experience working with children is preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children in natural environments.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate involvement.
• Work in diverse settings including homes, daycares, preschools, clinics and community sites.
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and regulations.
• Submit required records within established timelines.
