Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Brooklyn, NY to support children with special needs across home, school, and clinic settings. You will conduct evaluations, write reports, and help develop IEP/IFSP goals while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

The role offers a flexible schedule, extensive supervision, and access to a paperless billing system with training. Travel within NYC boroughs and surrounding areas is required.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience evaluating children birth - 5 preferred but not required.
• Fluency in a non-English language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school settings.
• Gather information to conduct social histories.
• Write evaluation reports and social histories in a timely manner.
• Develop IEP/IFSP goals.
• Maintain records and confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
