Job Description:
Join our excellent nursing team at OU Health Physicians Tulsa in the Pediatric Clinic. The Pediatric nurse provides care for babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers in an outpatient setting. Those needs can range from prescription refills, assisting in the ordering of lab and diagnostic tests, and returning phone calls to triaging patients’ needs appropriately. In addition, they support the providers in the office by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing, and administering vaccines and medications. By joining OU Health Physicians, you become a member of a team-based care environment, working alongside the OU Health Physicians faculty, residents, and staff. Being a nurse in an academic medical setting allows you to work at the top of your license and to participate in the training of the next generation of physicians.
