This is a full-time day shift position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with no weekends or major holiday commitments. 1. Sign-On Bonus Details:
1. $5,000 - 2yr Commitment | Less than 1-year exp. (including new grads)
2. $7,500 - 2yr Commitment | More than 1-year exp.

Purpose:
Provides professional nursing care to office patients under supervision of patient care providers.

Responsibilities:

1. Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
2. Performs other duties as assigned.
3. Administer medications including oral, SQ, IM and IV drip.
4. Assess patient's general condition and take vital signs and weight.
5. Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments.
6. Comply with all policies and procedures.
7. Comply with requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health).
8. Document all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribed, etc., in the medical record.
9. Draw blood.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data.
11. Perform IV therapy under direction of Registered Nurse.
12. Promote wellness by providing patient education materials, communicating physician advice/instructions.
