Job summary

A Pediatric Home Health Provider in Clarion County is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one care for pediatric patients in their homes. This role offers a stable environment with opportunities for meaningful patient relationships alongside RN oversight. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• Need a TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Must have a valid in-person obtained BLS CPR card.
• Required to possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
