Care Options for Kids invites an LPN to join our pediatric home health team, delivering focused, one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care for each child.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
