Care Options for Kids in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled care in the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QFT).
• Valid BLS CPR certificate (in-person).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
