The postcovers a North and Mid Essex team, delivering short-term assessments and bespoke interventions in line with Trust values.

Qualifications

• Role requires Learning Disability or Mental Health nursing with experience in paediatric population.
• Ability to deliver short term assessments and interventions.
• Experience working within a MDT alongside Occupational Therapists and Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload of children with behavioural difficulties linked to learning disability.
• Deliver evidence-based assessments (Functional Behavioural Assessments, Sleep Assessments, etc.).
• Provide leadership and supervision for nursing students and team members.
