Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists (LICSW/LMHC) to join our integrated care and outpatient team. The role offers a split position between family medicine offices and outpatient psychotherapy, aligning with clinicians experienced in lifespan care and empirically supported treatments.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with LICSW or LMHC credentials.
• Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen.
• Experience providing integrated care in a primary care/outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as Integrated Care Clinician embedded in a family medicine office.
• Treat pediatric and adolescent patients with CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments.
• Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; consult with medical professionals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.
