Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists or psychologists to join our integrated care and outpatient team in Norwoods/Taunton, MA. The role may involve a split position between pediatric office care and outpatient psychotherapy, serving children, adolescents, and families.

The ideal candidate has LICSW or PsyD licensure with experience in primary care settings, and a comfort with a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible scheduling with telehealth options and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist or psychologist with LICSW or PsyD licensure.
• Experience in pediatric or integrated care settings.
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within pediatric and outpatient settings.
• Screen for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; consult with medical colleagues.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment).
