LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists or psychologists to join our Integrated Care and outpatient teams in Norwoods/Taunton. You will work with pediatric and adolescent patients, delivering evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing) in a fast-paced multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist with LICSW/PsyD credentials
• Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
• Experience in integrated care and pediatric/adolescent populations
• Familiarity with empirically supported treatments (e.g., CBT, MI)

Responsibilities

• Embed within a pediatric office and collaborate with pediatric teams
• Provide integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy
• Conduct screens for depression and anxiety and consult with medical professionals
• Deliver care in a fast-paced multidisciplinary setting
