LifeStance Health in Norwoods/Taunton is seeking licensed therapists or psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for a split role across pediatric office integration and outpatient psychotherapy. The position supports clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting and value collaboration.

The team employs evidence-based therapies such as CBT and motivational interviewing, with regular screenings for depression and anxiety and coordination with medical staff. Full- and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid license as Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD).
• Experience in pediatric/adolescent mental health desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office.
• Work with pediatric/adolescent patients using CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
• Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; consult with medical professionals.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
