Job summary

LifeStance Health in Taunton/Northwoods is seeking licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for either part-time or full-time roles. The position blends integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric/primary care setting with outpatient psychotherapy, serving adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced team.

Expect a 2 days telehealth, 3 in‑office schedule with above‑average W2 compensation, strong non-clinical support, comprehensive benefits, 401K, sign‑on bonus, and telehealth

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LICSW or PsyD license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience delivering integrated behavioral health care.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed within a primary care office and collaborate with medical teams.
• Provide psychotherapy to adults and geriatric patients.
• Administer depression and anxiety screenings and consult with physicians.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
