Job summary

Atrius Health in Boston, MA seeks a licensed clinician to join our pediatric behavioral health team. The Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician will conduct comprehensive evaluations, provide time-limited psychotherapy, and collaborate with pediatric teams to support integrated care for children and families.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, careful documentation in EMR, and active participation in multidisciplinary treatment planning to improve outcomes for youth across our care

Qualifications

• Clinical Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC with unrestricted Massachusetts licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric behavioral health practice experience.
• Experience in integrated care model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, and developmentally appropriate psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams; participate in case conferences and treatment planning.
• Maintain EMR documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide family-centered treatment plans and education to families.
