Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a licensed social worker to join our Pediatric Behavioral Health team in Boston, MA. You will deliver diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, and time‑limited psychotherapy within an integrated care model, collaborating with multidisciplinary providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LICSW or LMHC or Clinical Psychologist) in Massachusetts.
• Unlimited Massachusetts licensure is required.
• Experience in an integrated Pediatric Behavioral Health model preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience.
• CANS Assessor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmentally appropriate assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence‑based pediatric modalities.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, child psychiatrists, care managers, and other team members.
• Document care in the EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support families in navigating care and coordinating referrals.
