Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a licensed pediatric behavioral health clinician to join our Quincy, MA team. The role involves independent work within an integrated model, delivering evaluations, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention for children and families.

You will collaborate with pediatricians and care teams, maintain EMR documentation, and contribute to quality improvement while on-site 2–3 days weekly. Compensation reflects market norms and benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical Psychologist or LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate bio-psycho-social and developmental assessments for children, adolescents and young adults.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans considering family, school and culture.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy with pediatric interventions.
• Deliver crisis intervention and assess safety concerns per reporting requirements.
• Maintain 90% utilization of bookable clinical hours.
