Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a licensed social worker to join our pediatric behavioral health team in Boston, MA. This clinician will provide diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, and developmentally appropriate psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model.

Responsibilities include collaboration with pediatricians, psychiatrists, care managers, and community providers, documentation in EMR, and ongoing development of family-centered treatment

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker (LICSW/LMHC) eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
• Must hold an active MA license to practice.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate biopsychosocial and developmental assessments for children and adolescents.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based pediatric interventions.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and assess safety per child protection requirements.
• Maintain EMR documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes; collaborate with pediatric teams.
• Maintain a minimum utilization rate of 90% of bookable clinical hours.
