Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC, is hiring for the LCH 8P Progressive Care Unit. This 24-bed pediatric progressive care unit operates as a step-down from PICU/CVICU with a typical 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

The RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care per standards. Qualifications include a nursing program completion, an RN license in the state, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months, and 6

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience.
• RN license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.
• At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
