Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license/registration in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and distribute medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support medication preparation and compounding activities per standards.
• Deliver medications throughout the hospital and replenish automated cabinets.
• Manage pharmacy inventory including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records in pharmacy systems.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with medication safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to support patient care across the hospital.
