Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license/registration in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and distribute medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support medication preparation and compounding activities per standards.
• Deliver medications throughout the hospital and replenish automated cabinets.
• Manage pharmacy inventory including receiving and stocking supplies.

As an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician, you'll play an important role in helping ensure patients receive the medications they need safely, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of pharmacy technician experience required.
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license/registration in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
• Experience working in a healthcare, retail, outpatient, or hospital pharmacy environment.
