Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy in the Lockhart area and surrounding coverage.

You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat communication and feeding goals with families, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) with back-office support, caseloads near your location, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Qualificações

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas (TX) is required.
• Pediatric home health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
