Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients across Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Hutto. You’ll support communication, feeding, and language goals using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and/or non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
