Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in the Elgin/Manor area. You will help children develop communication and feeding skills, using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced SLPs, with hands-on training and ongoing support. Scheduling is flexible, offering part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and family education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy.
